Deer Crest

Deer Crest is a private, gated community located right on the Deer Valley Ski Resort slopes.  There are two entrances, both manned.  One that comes in from the Park City which provides easy access to restaurants, Deer Valley's Snowpark Lodge (lessons, summer concerts, and other local events).  The second is next to the Jordanelle -- a large lake/reservoir with boating, water skiing, and fishing.  Deer Crest also has easy access to the Heber Valley airport, which can support private jets, and Salt Lake airport.  The location is an ideal year round vacation community.

Deer Crest, itself, is composed of very high end, luxury single family homes.  In addition, the St Regis was completed in Dec 2009.  This is an exclusive resort hotel and condiminum property with onsite ammenities available to Deer Crest home owners including a spa and restaurant.
